    re: CAP they are retaining a 20% FREE CARRY as well as getting $53m cash plus $28m for exploration costs...

    Come on you going to tell me at a $14m market cap that is not a fantastic deal...the cash alone is worth 3 times its market cap..

    I will be looking to retain holding at the end of the day...
