    BCC could be making a move after yesterday setting a new low. The stock is looking, actually begging for anything to rally. Today's announcement suggests drilling costs for the first well in Alaska could be fully paid for by Alaskan state government.

    Possible strategy is to buy at 7.1c and sell at 7.3c/7.4c, the latter being recent tops.

    Safer strategy is to wait for confirmation to see if 7.5c is breached.

    I am confidently bullish/bearish about this stock lol!
