S&P has now had three days outside the upper Bollinger Band. We all know what Pete says about bollies - three days outside and usually a reaction brings the price back inside. Also the S&P has had two sets of three white soldiers on the candles making it very extended. I am looking for a short term reaction in the US and then we should be able to form a clearer idea on the big picture. At this stage I don't think it is finished.
