Looks like GDN is being walked down to cap raising price. Incidentally it has bounced off 5.2c before bouncing convincingly. Placement was for 30 million shares. Also 1.5 million shares was paid to its broker Allegro for "advisory" services (IMO, for "shaping" the GDN price chart and massaging VWAP).

Question: Do sophisticos ever get hurt in placements? Or do they only get hurt from lighting/smoking Cuban cigars?

On a positive note, placed stocks often recover, look at CAZ. Quiet achiever today after placement at 40c back up to 52.5c.
