Yep I think from my interpretation of both your comment and my knowledge exactomundo, they have to run and buy stock quickly to "cover" themselves if it looks like the stock is going to go up again if they are shorting it
maybe someone can elaborate who actually does it ?? (and promise not get mad at you like on the main forum !! :) )
