If i knew the answer to that i would be at the bahamas or monte carlo putting a grand on red. Just like we take a punt on the share market ppl also take punts on rates. My punt is that rates have a bit more climbing to do. So fix it if you are borrowing and dont if u are saving. I could be wrong so please dont fix no mortgage on my advice.
