Wilson re PRE, I'm not sure you can rely on the volume as a guide as PRE has had a fair few new shares issued since the run three years ago. So whilst the recent raw numbers are roughy equivalent, as a percentage of the total it is less.
Also Pre has a history of false starts and good announcements that fail to impact on the price and I think a lot of people are wary. That said, it has to move one day, so you never know. The potential has always been there but be careful of cash position and a diector who is not the most dynamic director in the small spec sector (some see this as a plus).
