LCY through 14 cents now....
Lets not forget LCY have something that NMDC want and by holding a 50% interest in LCY will allow them to use LCY as a vehicle to aquire other near procuction projects.
India wants to get their foot in the door and will pay accordingly.
The MD of LCY holds 10% of the company so she wont let it go for peanuts she has to much skin in the game for that!
