The Company is pleased to announce that it has acquired a 50% interest in the KM Copper Porphyry Project in the South Gobi Region of southern Mongolia. Voyager has accelerated the acquisition given the recently released exceptional drill results from the Cughur discovery. Under the agreement, Voyager has the right to take its total ownership of the project to 80%.
