EMR Endless you are right the 2 anns were lacking clarity, especially as the latest is aback step.

However EMR doesn't seem to provide much info even on comany site, with repetative statements.

Old ann 4/11/10 indicate - from Kentucky gas fields with KEP,,,
Gas flow from a single well is currently being constrained to 150 Mcfd during the commissioning phase to achieve steady state production system operations prior to
ramping up sales gas production. Additional wells will be connected in the coming weeks to bring production rates up to between 500 Mcfd and 1000 Mcfd.

So they are producing atm and should have positive cashflows in 2011.

all is not lost and support at 2.2 in the interim
