    POS - not sure what's going on Harbinger th, the original $50m convertible note was issued at a premium $1 - that saw the share price move from 75c- $1.50 pretty quickly then collapse from mid 2008

    I think only $15m of the original $50m was drawn.

    Also worth noting that Harbinger have been selling stock recently.
