Endless I mentioned it last week and was half joking but XSO and specs go much better when the blue chips are quite. If market has a decent move up (ie DOW up overnight) Instos are obligated to buy large caps, when it's quiet but DOW doesn't fall off a cliff speculation on the broker end of town kicks in on the small caps IMO. Plenty more to the story but you get the drift.
