PCL chart is looking the goods IMO. Stochs have flattened/turned and today it's hit the 50% fib retracement line.
Chart below is only as at yesterday's close, but today it's hit 5.3 and is now back to 5.5, with strong buying coming in. Would be looking at a bounce back to mid 6s or 7.
