    I suggest any traders on or thinking of buying VHL read the resolutions passed at their General Meeting today very carefully ,especially those detailing the issue of almost 11million new shares at 2.9c and the huge number of new shares to be given to members of the board.I think VHL will be heading a long way south tomorrow
