One thing I have found after years of trading is that I no longer get any adrenilin rushing into my system when I enter or exit a trade. Of course it feels good when I make money (traded 93 ASX companies with 79 showing profits overall) but I don't crusify myself when I lose (estimated around 20% of the time). I just accept that it is an inevitable part of my job and know that it will happen.
Anyway, just after returning from a six week Christmas break it was interesting that for the first few days I was feeling some adrenilin in my system after entering trades. Within a week it was back to normal with no emotion. Only then did I know that I was back in the "trading zone".
Off to the Gold Coast now!
