NRU are doing due diligence on POSIT which own the Kyrgyz assets.

When confirmation that this is over and the deal is settled, with Rowley and Blackman at the helm then that is the first day of NEW ERA in its major re-rating.

NRU has 45 days from the 21 dec 2010 to conduct due diligence.

Posit pty ltd shareholders have nominated Blackman and Rowley and one existing NRU director to take control.

Although lots of hoops yet to jump through is moving in the right direction.

IMO deals have been struck and this is just a formality period IMO..........
