    CAP: There may be a bit of bias in this but I reckon if you can get in at anywhere under 38c its a great buy. There is a strong underlying trend and Conglin may buy a bit more on market before he launches another takeover offer. Everytime Conglin gets in on the mix, the share price surges through the roof.
