ewob - depends on whether the director buying has any knowledge of a price sensitive ann.
for example a director without knowledge could buy a day before a price sensitive ann and that would be perfectly legal if there wasnt any constructive knowledge or actual knowledge of contents within that price sensitive ann that were released.
