I'd hoped to sidestep the discussion about the threads here but feel obliged to offer a few words.
Firstly, thanks to all who have spoken up for me yesterday and this morning. Your support is very much appreciated.
However, this is a public forum and as Sandy rightly says, there is nothing to stop anyone starting a thread. I have no divine right to start the thread each day and take no offence when someone else launches it. I do think it's healthy to start the thread with a post that is not stock-specific and generally useful to the widest possible audience and Sandy's scans serve that purpose. Please continue to post them here.
As luck would have it, I'll be missing for a few days from Wednesday of next week onwards while moving house. I hope the great and tireless PJ Simon will fill the gap with his morning links. All being well, I should be back the following week but timing will depend on Telstra's ability to set up an internet connection. I'm not holding my breath...
