HASTIE Group's battered shareholders have largely supported its recapitalisation, with the firm successfully completing the institutional component of its $160 million capital raising.
As analysts factored in the raising, the troubled services firm said today it had raised $40.8m from its 2.85 for 1 renounceable entitlement offer and $42.8m from a conditional placement to institutions, priced at 14 cents a share.
