@moiramc - its the same story each time VIL has the slightest interest, your same comment over and over 'buyers building'.
For what? What does VIL have in the future that indicates sustainable growth? Fausse Point is hardly flowing and isn't there another CR via SPP in motion? Any movement is nothing but traders seeing a quick scalp.
