    NTC. Buyer could be one of the boiler shops and punter thought he was paying 2.7c not 27c. It happens.

    Oil price is heavily manipulated and mostly traded thru derivatives worth many times more than the physical market. Imo this is a stand back moment for speculators but I can't see how oil price not going up soon and much higher.
