    Perth-based mining identity George Jones, who along with Mr Wedlock is a non-executive director of Gindalbie Metals Ltd, told Fairfax radio on Monday that Sundance appeared to have been forced to compromise its corporate governance protocols.

    "It is unusual for an entire board (to get on the same flight)," Mr Jones said.

    "It actually breaches corporate governance (protocols).

    "Obviously this relates to the fact they could only get one plane.
