    Awful Eagle, sorry to hear it. Been through a similar thing before on a couple of occasions, order stated as still pending but actually executed - state of flux - although still in profit when resolved so didnt query it. Probably should have.

    If not resolved, consider an official complaint in writing to the company, cc to the ASX. Confirm with the ASX if it is a matter that they can deal with, they have a complaints process.

    If not resolved through either of these, you have recourse to the Financial Ombudsman. I would also consider a cc to ASIC of anything that you raise with the Ombudsman.

    I suspect that there will be a few others caught up in the last 2 days. It should be up to the company to compensate you, and then they can in turn seek compensation from the ASX.

    Having already offered to cover your brokerage fee, is in my opinion a tacit acceptance of the broker's mistake. Make a note of that in any correspondence IMO and as you have done already, keep details of any conversation/dealings you have on this issue.
