    Sorry to hear about this E88.
    My quasiqualified legal opinion would be that you should seek compensation from the broker - not the company nor asx. Your contract was with the broker to act on specific instructions which they clearly failed to do.
    The threat of legal action may be sufficient to bring them to the party. If this fails I would suggest that you imply that copies of your correspondence will be forwarded to the financial press - the threat of naming & shaming can often work better than incurring legal costs.
