I doubt the broker would cover ur losses. It was an error with ASX, who haven't really told us too much about what caused it and if any compensation will be given.
Hopefully ASX will let us know soon.
Funny thing is that if EGO had still risen you probably wouldnt even complained even though technically the same issues occured.
Remember there are always people on the other side who thought they had a stock , watching it rise only to find out they don't hold. Then find out they do hold it!
It will be interesting to see how the story unfolds, and we start hearing similar stories and if other brokers were affected or just your one.
