You can't doubt the earthquake, the tsunami or the fact there are issues with the nuclear reactor but to what degree, what is the real danger.
overstate the danger, push the market down on small volume - hit stops - n boom buy it up - oh no its all fine we got a couple fire engines down there nothing to worry about
