Not sure about any Asian links Madmuz, it was the ADO links which led me to keep an eye on them.
The premium capital raisings that you mention are interesting. OKU was indicative, but i know what you mean. Check out SWW recently. Takeover offer at a premium, then the administrators are in.
I think MSC have Asian ties and they have been raising recently and the sp tanking from 10c and 7c. I thought their response today from the ASX query was laughable.
