    BAU - anyone know why teh MC is so low?

    ann report states it has 47.3m in cash n equivs.

    MC 58m

    6.8m will be refunded by jv agreement.

    so will effectively be 54m in cash... with an MC of 58m its a bit low? lol

    can someone tell me if there is anything fundamentally wrong with this stock other than the EPA risk??
