Given the posts after the Bris meet, I was already tempted to look into a new broker and Amscot is certainly getting a lot of thumbs up from everyone.
Today was a bit ridiculous with Commsec and probably the icing on the cake for me. Slow and ponderous would be a good description. Hassle changing accounts and chess sponsorship etc, but probably worth it.
Spending $thousands on brokerage with Commsec - time for them to step up or I move on !
