KTE - My guess is that it was a one-day wonder. Surprised me that it shot so high on a an announcement of intellectual property rights.

Jumped on board too late, and jumped off again pronto. Should have backed my original caution.

So now I'm back to being cautious. One to watch certainly, but for myself I'd expect it to either sit, or go lower in the short-term.
