    Have to put NAE into context. As Askier & Gizard have stated 11MC, 200mt-800mt exp target Coal. $3.5mill in cash at hand.

    They don't need money now and would only need a CR for a new project. What's a cap raising going to do to the MC if another quality project is announced???
