Is that rumour of a property crash in China or here?
I'm guessing China since their house prices were down 31% last month. Wouldn't surprise me.

There's so many negative triggers out there at the moment its more than toxic. Feels like a perfect storm brewing to me.

Just sit on the side lines with cash until everything is beaten to a pulp over the coming weeks then......
