    Dow Snapshot

    "Stocks erased most losses by the close Tuesday, with the Dow ending down just 22 points after having fallen close to 300 points earlier in the session, as worries about the global economy were tempered. Stocks had been hit hard through the early afternoon, but began to recover late in the session, with investors nibbling at bank and select technology and consumer issues." [Source: cnnmoney.com]

    The DJIA Index finished the session: Down 22.82 pts; and
    The SPI Futures are currently: Up 65 pts atm.

  2. Westpac Leading Index (MoM) (Mar)
    [The Westpac Leading Index released by the Melbourne Institute tracks nine gauges of economic activity, including share prices and telephone installations, to provide an indication of how the economy will perform. It tends to have an impact on the AUD volatility. Generally speaking, the more positive the reading, the better for the currency, while a low reading is seen as negative (or bearish)];

  3. Construction Work Done (Q1)
