Who would of thought that you needed a remote safety cutoff switch that would of contained 99% of the oil spill in the Mexico Gulf. (the answer is the rest of the western world insists on this precaution)
Who would of thought you should have a sofware precaution that prevents an accidental 10% correction on the NYSE from a fat fingered git who no doubt can talk loud.
This correction is not based on anything fundamental and therefore offers good opps ... imo.
If its not a bunch of 62year old early retirees with lots of debt .......
