Insiders got placement mostly 0.7

price dropped to 0.4 just weeks ago

If anyone wants to buy large, they had plenty of opportunity to buy at 0.4 or they can ask for more 0.7 placement shares.

so I think the ones buying large portion of the company are traders who were sucked in by volume. Insiders just had to do some pumps at 0.6c

this is classic pumpers working. Announce deal coming soon, throw in couple hundred k to pump volume leading up to news.

Someone mentioned the overseas buyer is Iran? If so, I dont see over-excitement on announcing of the deal
