HLX - Brisbane Investments buying up 17% of the company at 14.5c following on from recent raising at 11.5c.
AMCI were the sellers.
AMCI have an option to buy out HLX share of Yalleen Iron Ore project at market value next year, probably worth a fair bit more than current cap.
