for anyone who picked up some CHM's yesterday in the low 2's, dont be surprised if CHM release another announcement today in reaction to MMX's late ann. yesterday, which will give the sp a nice bounce.
Plus there is no mention of the proceeds of Mr.Grimaldi's 10 mill shares in MMX, that were most likely sold in the $3-$4 range, equating to $30-40mill for CHM.
