    "Banks don't like daytraders", totally agree. I just spent the last 3 months pulling beers at $20 and hour so the bank would be happy to give me a mortgage even though I have 65% collateral.

    Glad that's over, now I can get back to my real job here :)

    I'm currently watching and waiting to reenter AVB
