That, plus factor * 10 errors. I once bought $30,000 worth of CAP when I wanted $3000. Happily, the SP went up a little over those few minutes :-)

As for Buy vs Sell, I have blank Buy and blank Sell screens open all the time, on different parts of the desktop (or better, on different monitors if possible), so as never to accidently muddle direction when making a snap decision.
