REMOVAL FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION
The securities of Vonex Limited (“the Company”) will be removed from the official list immediately in accordance with listing rule 17.12.
As will be apparent from the copies of correspondence between the Company and ASX Limited (“ASX”) released on the Markets Announcements over recent weeks, ASX has been inquiring into various matters concerning the Company’s capital raising under its prospectus dated 3 December 2015 (“the Prospectus”). ASX has found the Company’s responses unsatisfactory and has therefore determined that it is appropriate to remove the Company from the official list.
As a consequence of ASX’s decision, the Company will be obliged under the Corporations Act to return to investors their application moneys under the Prospectus. Investors should direct all enquiries about the return of their application moneys to the Company.
