    Iress workaround for those having problems opening buy orders, etc:

    (Warning before starting: this worked for me but it takes a few minutes to recreate entire Iress trading set-up. Worth making a note of it first.)

    Click on the "Window" dropdown menu.

    Click on "Configure display".

    Click on "MDI Mode Window Mode".

    Recreate your trading set-up.

    Click on "Save layout".


    Seems to work - can now open all the windows that would not before.
