No. Nothing happened to me. No stroke or heart attack etc. Mini stroke is seperate thing I have read about.
But turned out I had congenital really thin main heart artery and over the years I had network of capillary arteries that kept things together. However, that does not work OK with how the heart beats, electrical signals etc. So I seemed OK but blood pressure did not respond very quick and I got dizzy spells etc when I stood up. Probably had for years but was gonna have heart attack eventually. Also I did long distance running.
Cardiologist picked it up straight away with stethoscope and I had double heart by-pass. Was amazing transformation. Same as an engine rebuild. Probably next thing on Lance Armstrong's agenda.
Funny enough I have to take beta blockers and this means I still nearly faint if I stand up too quick.
But looks like you are checking everything. Make sure he sees proper cardiologist tho.
