While I understand what you're trying to say, I think there is an argument both sides here.
You're assuming the seller of those shares had status, knowledge, motive and intelligence.
If any of those assumed qualities are incorrect, so is your analysis. This is why I constantly used to ramble about not assuming sellers motives, or buyers motives, and using that as analysis tool.
On the flip side, the dump of that volume, regardless or seller or motive has technical implications both in price and volume, which had an optimistic recovery but shows that this stock is still demand limited. Short term bearish.
