Pretty simple deal here. Shareholders approved placement of 110mil shares at 0.8, it creates instant OVERHANG or SUPPLY, whatever you want to call it.
Shares were issued on 7th of Sep. Take a look at the chart. Is this where the selling starts? Stock closed prior day at 2.2, opens on 7th at 2 & all downhill from there. I just don't get what's so difficult to understand?
