what a classic statement from the company. in layman's terms it should have said

The company is aware of confidential sensitive information. This information has not yet been released to the public. Some people where aware of this information and purchased shares today. The company did not purposely tell them this information but they found out anyway because it very hard to keep big contract wins secret. We hope to release this information to the public ASAP as when we do we expect high volumes and high SP rise.
