I'll ask this question after hours as during the day I got nothing.. MPJ sitting between AJM/PLS. Avg cap of $300mil between them. My theory is speculative price is derisked due to tenement location, and it would be reasonable to assume a 20% valuation of neighbors, so $50-60mil.
Does anyone have an opinion other than "MPJ haven't succeeded in the past, so don't bother"?
I'm genuinely keen to try and value all spec lithium stocks based on success of locality over a random '$25mil should do it' approach. The difficulty is a lot are multi plays (ie. Also mining gold like LTR, or iron ore like CUL).
If a method of fair valuation can be determined it should assist in reducing the wild speculation that are consistently appearing. TA + FA + Sentiment + DoM = $$$ for everyone. Anyway, look forward to any discussion on the topic
