If I like it and think its worth a punt then its not a matter of whether to buy but just what price
I cant get 0.8c but I can get 0.9c
They are raising a small amount at 0.8c so everyone will want in at the level so I take a punt at 0.9c
The rest is up to the market and whether it gets rerated
