The lead investors in the private placement are industry veterans Benny Lau and Lee Lau,
who previously founded and ran ATI Technologies, one of the world’s largest suppliers of
graphic chips to the personal computer industry.

positive for our business,” added Danny Lewin, CEO of Audio Pixels. “The Lau’s grew a
start-up into a NASDAQ leader and eventual $5.3 billion acquisition by AMD. There are
very few investors in the world with that level of relevant experience for us to draw upon.”
