Exactly.
No one was ready to buy DEG for more than 0.001. Just by creating volume at 0.002 they initiated new interests from retail buyers and now managed to sell their holding for 100% higher than what they could before the so called volume alert. Very easy to manipulate the market, specially for the spec stocks.
